Paying for food, groceries, bills, applications, and even topping up your favorite games is easier with GoPay. In fact, now you can also transfer GoPay balance to your friends too! Beware of online payment scams that use MAGIS, (“manipulasi psikologis” or “psychological manipulation”). A. Buy Items or Top Up Game
Many people have experienced fraud when buying items or top-up games through tempting advertisements on social media. Know the following characteristics:

B. Buy a Streaming Account
It’s true that buying a movie or music streaming account on social media looks tempting because it's cheap. However, there are many dangers that will follow you when unofficial sellers offer sharing accounts.

If you want to subscribe to movie streaming applications such as Viu, iQIYI, WeTV, Vidio, or Disney + Hotstar, as well as music streaming applications such as Spotify or JOOX, choose the official Business Partners and use GoPay as a payment method for a seamless and safe transaction. 2. Scams on Behalf of GoPay

Be careful of those who claim to be Gojek or GoPay on social media. Find out the official accounts that has blue tick sign here:

- Twitter: @gojekindonesia dan @gopayindonesia
If you receive messages from accounts other than those mentioned above, don’t reply to them! Especially if they ask for your personal data, report it immediately to the official customer service. Remember, Gojek or GoPay never ask for your personal data.

3. Someone is Asking for your PIN or OTP Code?

In order to keep your GoPay transactions or top up through OneKlik safe and secure, don’t forget to set PIN (Personal Identification Number). Always remember not to share the OTP (One Time Password) code when you log in to the Gojek application or during OneKlik activation.
Gojek and GoPay never ask for a PIN or OTP code for any reason. Do not share this secret with anyone!

GoPay also seeks to increase user awareness through technology. One of them is with a pop-up message when the user first sends their GoPay balance to a new person who is not in your phone contact.

If you see this pop-up message, don't forget to check the reputation of the seller or the recipient once again, so that your transactions will always be safe. Click the “Proceed" button, if you are absolutely sure. However, if it turns out to be suspicious, you can click the "Report" button.
