About The Role
This role's main objective is to develop ad campaign strategies with the Performance Marketing Function and create high-converting ad copy for platforms like Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Facebook Ads. At the same time, also to optimize landing page content to boost conversion rates. This includes conducting keyword research, performing A/B testing on ad creatives, and staying current with digital marketing trends.
The role also involves collaborating with graphic designers and videographers for cohesive ad creatives, monitoring campaign metrics for data-driven decisions, contributing creative ideas, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Vice Function to develop ad campaign strategies that align with business goals
- Create engaging and high-converting ad copy for various digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and more
- Develop and optimize landing page copy to improve conversion rates
- Conduct keyword research to inform ad copy and content strategies
- A/B test ad creatives to refine and improve campaign performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to ensure cohesive and visually appealing ad creatives
- Monitor and analyze ad campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and adjustments
- Provide input and ideas for creative content concepts and campaigns
- Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging
What You Will Need
- 5 years or more of experience in content creation, marketing, or a similar role
- A portfolio demonstrating previous work, including successful content campaigns and writing samples
- Writing and Editing: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience managing content on various social media platforms
- Ability to conduct thorough research to inform content strategies
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across all content
- Knowledge of target audience personas and the ability to create content tailored to their needs and preferences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure content is accurate and aligns with brand guidelines.
