About the Role
As our Service Delivery Analyst Intern for the GoTo Financial Data team, along with the usual data analytics support, you will also get to work on implementing and maintaining all the service delivery processes (SOP). This role will help to drive service delivery excellence based on continuous exploration of areas for improvement. With ample opportunity to hone your computer science and business skills, you will be a part of a talented team who works on topics impacting more than 4 million unique users every day on a variety of payment avenues, providing the most convenient payment method in Indonesia.
What you will do
- Perform analysis, build reports and dashboards as needed to monitor, identify trends and area of improvement for service delivery within the data team
- Work along with the various Business Intelligence teams to support their business problem statement
- Coordinating with different teams (ie data science, business intelligence, data engineering ) to collate information to support service delivery model
- Perform forecasting and budgeting for data related areas such as Infrastructure, software licenses
- Define Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for data team and maintain SOP documents
- Perform monitoring and auditing to ensure the team is compliant to SOP
What you will need
- Second to Final year student majoring in Computer Science, Business Analytics or other related fields
- Excellence knowledge in statistics and experience working with SQL for Data Analytics
- Able to perform Python coding
- Prior experience/ modules related to Project Management
- Curious and able to learn independently
- Good team player

The Service Delivery team ensures that all Data colleagues under GoTo Financial have the resources they require in order to be successful. Working alongside folks in the Data Science, Data Engineering and Business Intelligence functions, we ensure that internal processes are standardized and that our colleagues have everything needed to fulfill their deliverables. For instance, should you have a question on how a Business Intelligence project should be rolled out across GoTo Financial, we are your people! Or, if there is a key deliverable where the SLAs are not aligned, we will help improve this.
The Data Team gets together from time-to-time for fun and play, with social distancing of course. We are a tight-knit group made up of chef-wannabes, Netflix enthusiasts, and readers. We work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other’s company!
