We are expecting a rapid growth in Vehicle Financing in the near future, with several initiatives and improvements on the pipeline. This position is designed for a proactive individual who is passionate about driving growth and optimizing operational efficiency. You will play a key role in shaping our growth strategies and ensuring successful execution across various initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to improve all funnel conversion
- Identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the overall process that may hinder our volume
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as PMO, product team, marketing, and other related stakeholders to execute integrated campaigns
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
- At least 2-3 years experience in growth operations, business development, or a related role, preferably within a Fintech startup or high-growth environment
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Ms Office tools, such as Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Ms Powerpoint
- Have an adaptive and growth mindset as we work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
