About the Role
As a Funding Data & Process Improvement Manager at GoTo Financial, you will oversee end-to-end data management for the Funding and Partnership teams while driving continuous improvements across funding operations. This role supports leadership in optimizing cost of funds and improving funding scalability through strong data governance, streamlined processes, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
What you will do
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end business processes across the funding and superlender business flow.
- Define and uphold data governance standards, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Design and implement standardized workflows, SOPs, and control mechanisms to drive operational efficiency and compliance.
- Manage onboarding and data integration for new funding partners, including due diligence, data validation, and ongoing information requests.
- Develop portfolio monitoring and performance management tools for funding partners to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align data sources, harmonize reporting, and enhance internal management information flows.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Statistics, or a related quantitative/business discipline is preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in process improvement, financial operations, data analysis, or related roles, with a strong track record of driving efficiency and data-driven improvements.
- Strong proficiency in productivity tools (Word, Excel, Google Slides) with high attention to structure and clarity
- Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Sheets, SQL)
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
