About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager for GTF Platforms, you will lead Identity & Communications across all GTF surfaces. Your role involves collaborating closely with teams across GTF to understand their platform needs, objectively prioritize requirements, and drive execution in partnership with GoTo platform teams. Additionally, you will manage relationships with third-party service providers to ensure seamless platform operations and reliability.
What You Will Do
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, business, engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch data-backed initiatives and track platform success.
- Customer-centric: Prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest impact for end users.
- Data-Driven Approach: Use analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to inform prioritization and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Product Ownership: Own and continuously enhance the identity & communication systems across GTF.
- Strategic Roadmaps: Define clear, well-scoped product requirements that balance user pain points with ad hoc requests using data and intuition.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead by monitoring industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes through rigorous data research.
What You Will Need
- Relevant Experience: 5+ years in product management or related roles, with a focus on large-scale platform products.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Expertise in breaking down complex problems and defining data requirements for analysis; SQL skills are a plus.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams across various verticals.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (not mandatory).
- Customer-Centric Approach: Proven ability to empathize with users and drive initiatives that enhance intuitive and effective user experiences.
- Adaptability: Excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Proficient in leveraging data insights to create clear product roadmaps and make objective, big-picture decisions.
- Collaboration & People Skills: Strong track record in building relationships and fostering consensus among diverse stakeholders across GTF and the broader GoTo organization.
