The access and use of GoPay Tabungan by Jago are subject to these Terms of Use. 

You have the full discretion to either access and use GoPay Tabungan by Jago only, or with the various Saving Products available on GoPay Tabungan by Jago, or choose not to access and use GoPay Tabungan by Jago and its Saving Products available therein.

GoPay Tabungan by Jago together with its Saving Products  are accessible only through the Application or any other third party applications We approve of. When You access and use GoPay Tabungan by Jago and its Saving Products, You may need to access and use GoPay electronic wallet services. Access and use of GoPay electronic wallet services when using and accessing GoPay Tabungan by Jago and its Saving Products are subject to the relevant terms of use as accessible in https://www.gojek.com/en-id/terms-and-condition/gopay/. 

Certain parts of GoPay Tabungan by Jago and its Saving Products are provided directly and independently by a third party e.g. provider of banking services (“Service Provider”). In the event You access or use the aforesaid part of GoPay Tabungan by Jago and its Saving Products, We only facilitate You to submit instructions to and access the information provided by the Service Provider. 

When You submit an instruction relating to parts of GoPay Tabungan by Jago and/or its Saving Products which are provided by the Service Provider, the Application may transmit Your instruction and related information to the Service Provider. You hereby consent to the collection and disclosure of Your instruction and related information for the purpose of processing Your instruction.

Furthermore, if the Service Provider makes available information related to You to be shown in the Application, We may show such information through the Application.

Subject to these Terms of Use, if made available, You may register for GoPay Tabungan by Jago as well as its Saving Product(s), via Application. 

When You register only for GoPay Tabungan by Jago, You initiate the setup of a dedicated banking account - either conventional or sharia-compliant - through the Service Provider, specifically tailored for savings and concurrently serves as a funding source for Your transactions.

If You are also registering for the various Saving Products available on GoPay Tabungan by Jago, You are creating an additional dedicated banking account - either conventional or sharia-compliant - through the Service Provider for specific purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, allocating funds for emergency needs, depositing funds, and any other purposes depending on the Saving Product(s) You choose to opt into, as well as those provided by Us from time to time on GoPay Tabungan by Jago.

Each banking account provided to you by the Service Provider via GoPay Tabungan by Jago as  mentioned above will be individually referred to as a "Pocket" and collectively referred to as the "Pockets."

When registering, You will also link such Pocket(s) to Your GoPay electronic wallet account (“GoPay Account”).

By registering, You agree to these Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, and pass the GoPay Account verification subject to GoPay terms of use. You agree that We may disclose the information and document You submitted for GoPay Account verification to the Service Provider for the purpose of processing Your Pocket(s), such as Your full name, identity card information, type of identity card submitted, address, gender, place and date of birth, occupation information, tax details, nationality and/or biometric data. 

You further agree that We may collect certain information about You from the Service Provider, including but not limited to any information and document You submitted separately to the Service Provider, if any, e.g. Your full name, identity card information, type of identity card submitted, address, gender, place and date of birth, occupation information, tax details, nationality and/or biometric data for the purpose of providing the service to You and analytic purposes.

If prior to this, Your GoPay Account is verified but with different information and document than the information and document You submitted to the Service Provider, as a protection measure, We may assess this finding and decide to: i) roll back Your GoPay Account status to unverified and ask You to resubmit GoPay Account verification request; ii) reject Your registration request;  or iii) unlink or suspend Your Pocket(s).

In the event that, based on Our review, We decide to reject, cancel, or suspend Your GoPay Tabungan by Jago account, We will communicate this to You along with the reasons for such rejection, cancellation, or suspension, as well as a request to provide any necessary additional information or documents.

Based on the review process We conduct and with reasonable justification, We hold the full discretion to pass through or not pass through Your request to access or use GoPay Tabungan by Jago as well as its Saving Product(s) to the Service Provider, with notification to You.

The Service Provider may request certain information about You separately and conduct verification for Your registration request, including granting approval, postponement, or rejection, along with the reasons underlying any postponement or rejection of Your registration request, as communicated by the Service Provider to You.

With written notification to You and accompanied by underlying reasons, the Service Provider hereby has the right to roll back Your GoPay Tabungan by Jago’s account status to unverified, suspends Your GoPay Tabungan by Jago’s account or carries out any other actions which may impact Your ability to access or use Your GoPay Tabungan by Jago as well as its Services.

Upon the approval of Your registration request (including the linking request), You agree that We may link Your Pocket(s) to Your GoPay Account.

At any time Your Pocket(s) are linked in the Application, You warrant that You have separately agreed and shall always maintain such agreement to the Service Provider’s terms and conditions as may be accessed in https://jago.com/en/terms-and-conditions for conventional account or https://www.jago.com/id/syariah/terms-and-conditions for sharia account.

You agree that We may collect certain information about You from the Service Provider, including but not limited to the information about Your Pocket(s) e.g. account details, account balance, transaction history, and earned interest/ revenue share and any information and document You submitted separately to the Service Provider, if any, for the purpose of providing the service to You and analytic purposes.

Through the Application, We will provide access and relay information from the Service Provider to You, including up-to-date and real-time information about Your Pocket(s), including Your account details, balance, transaction history, and interest/ revenue sharing (for sharia account).

You may be provided with an option to deactivate and unlink Your Pocket(s), subject to certain checks and requirements, including but not limited to: a) no active or ongoing order or transactions; b) no Pocket(s) balance remaining; c) no credit or loan dues to Us, Our Affiliates or Service Provider; d) no history of suspicious transactions; e) no ongoing refund claims; f) for compliance or regulatory purposes; and/or g) other reasonable reasons determined by Us. Once the Pocket(s) are deactivated, such Pocket(s) will not be available nor accessible on the Application or any other third party applications. 

The deactivation and/or delinking of Pocket(s) from the Application, as well as the closure of the GoPay Tabungan by Jago account, can be carried out subject to the terms and conditions and/or policy of the Service Provider that You have agreed to, as accessible at https://jago.com/en/terms-and-conditions.

Your Pocket(s) are issued, provided and managed by the Service Provider. We only facilitate You to access via the Application the information about Your Pocket(s) as provided to us by the Service Provider. The Service Provider is the entity that fully possesses data, information, and access to Your Pocket(s). Therefore, in this context, the Service Provider is the party responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information regarding Your Pocket(s), as provided to Us by the Service Provider and displayed through the Application. Furthermore, You are accountable for any risks associated with Your Pocket(s) linked to the Application, which We can demonstrate as having occurred due to Your errors, omissions, and/or actions contrary to legal regulations or these Terms of Use. 

Interest benefit and/or revenue share (for sharia-compliant), if any, shall only be applicable to Your Pocket(s) balance, subject to the policy of the Service Provider.

The services relating to Your Pocket(s) including but not limited to the banking account, interest benefit, revenue share, payment, and any other digital banking transactions and its supporting services are provided by the Service Provider. We facilitate You to submit instructions to the Service Provider via the Application to access or use Your Pocket(s). Furthermore, We will relay Your instructions to the Service Provider, where the Service Provider is responsible for processing, verifying, examining, and executing (or not executing, as relevant) any of Your instructions in accordance with the applicable legal provisions and the service terms agreed upon between You and the Service Provider as specified at https://jago.com/en/terms-and-conditions. 

We reserve the right to unlink Your Pocket(s) or refuse to submit Your instruction to the Service Provider (including for payment of a service) for certain reasons, including but not limited to any suspicion based on sufficient reason that: a) Your Gojek or GoPay Account is compromised; b) You are in breach of these Terms of Use, other relevant terms of use and any applicable laws and regulations; and/or  c) there is suspicious or unreasonable activity such as fraud or scam in Your Gojek and/or GoPay Account. Further, We reserve the right to unlink Your Pocket(s) if requested by the Service Provider or by the authorities. In such an event, the Pocket(s) will not be available nor accessible on the Application or any other third party applications.

The security and confidentiality of Your Gojek account and GoPay account is associated with the security and confidentiality of Your Pocket(s) linked to the Application. The security and confidentiality of Your Gojek account, Your GoPay account and/ or Your banking account, including registered name, electronic mail address, registered mobile number, Personal Identification Number (PIN), password, as well as verification code generated and sent by Our or the Service Provider’s system are fully Your personal responsibility. All losses and risks arising from Your negligence in maintaining such security and confidentiality are borne by You. In such cases, We assume any use or order made through Pocket(s) linked to the Application as Your legitimate request.

When You access and use Pocket(s), You may need to access and use GoPay electronic wallet services in the Application. You may top up Your Pocket(s)  through channels and payment methods available in the Application.

Specifically for Using GoPay Tabungan by Jago’s Pocket:

In the event We make applicable or You opt in to the Standing Instruction feature, You agree that any remaining or incoming balance in Your GoPay electronic money account will be automatically transferred to Your GoPay Tabungan by Jago’s Pocket.

You may purchase and pay for goods and/or services (transaction) using Your GoPay Tabungan by Jago’s Pocket balance as one of the sources of funds. GoPay Tabungan by Jago’s Pocket that You link in the Application can also be used for payment of: a) services that are available within the Application; or (b) other integrated services that You use outside the Application (“Other Integrated Services”). In accessing Other Integrated Services and conducting transactions therein using Gopay Tabungan by Jago’s Pocket via the Application, We may make available and accessible the information about Your Gopay Tabungan by Jago’s Pocket, including GoPay Tabungan by Jago’s Pocket account details, Gopay Tabungan by Jago’s Pocket account balance, and GoPay Tabungan by Jago’s Pocket account transaction history within such Other Integrated Services.

Access and use of GoPay electronic wallet services when using and accessing Your Pocket(s) are subject to the relevant terms of use as accessible in https://www.gojek.com/en-id/terms-and-condition/gopay/ including but not limited on account registration and opening mechanism, account verification, consent, account blocking, account closing, dormant account, rejection of transaction, Your responsibilities and obligations, indemnity and correction.

You agree that We may share data, including Your personal data and transaction data, to the Service Provider or other parties for the purpose of providing You with the GoPay Tabungan by Jago (as well as its Saving Product(s) if You opt into it), customer support and/or portfolio analysis. You also agree that We may receive personal data and transaction data related to You from the Service Provider for the purpose of providing You with customer support, a better quality of service excellence and/or portfolio analysis. Collection, storing, processing, use and sharing of Your personal information are also subject to the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Use.

The Service Provider and/or any other third parties cooperate with Us (together hereby referred to as the “Content Provider”) may provide Content which You may find on the Application. In any event where the Content is provided by the Service Provider and We only facilitate the provision of Content provided by the Service Provider, We are not liable to any part of such Content.

Content means any and/or all information and goods and/or services offering, made and/or compiled and/or developed and/or managed by the Service Provider, including but not limited to text or writing, pictures, quotes or excerption, photos, illustrations, animations, videos, sound or music recordings, titles, descriptions, and/or any other form of data provided by the Content Provider to be displayed on the Application, including any link redirected thereto. For the avoidance of doubt, the Content also includes every and/or all information, data, actual news, writings, images, quotes, photos, illustrations, animations, videos, sound recordings, obtained by the Content Provider from third parties, where the Content Provider has the authority to use and distribute the Content. 

The Service Provider and/or any other third parties cooperate with Us (together hereby referred to as the “Offers Provider”) may provide offers or promotions (“Offers”). In any event where Offers are provided by the Service Provider and We only facilitate the provision of Offers provided by the Offers Provider, We are not liable to any part of the Offers. 

You agree to utilize the Offers in accordance with the terms, conditions, and purpose of the Offers and will not abuse, duplicate, monetize, transfer, use for commercial purposes or take unfair advantage of the Offers in any form of manner whatsoever.

You understand that Offers are not exchangeable for cash, have a limited validity period and are subject to the conditions that apply to each of the Offers.

You are fully responsible for the decisions that You made to access GoPay Tabungan by Jago as well as any of its Saving Product(s) if You opt into it. 

We expect You to be fully responsible for any losses and/or claims arising from the access to the GoPay Tabungan by Jago as well as any of its Saving Product(s), as We can demonstrate that they have occurred due to errors, omissions, and/or actions contrary to legal regulations or the usage of the GoPay Tabungan by Jago account and any of its Saving Product(s) that conflict with these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, including the terms and conditions and privacy policy set forth by the Service Provider, or applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the purposes of anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism financing, criminal activities, fraud in any form (including but not limited to phishing and/or social engineering activities), violations of intellectual property rights, and/or other activities that are harmful to the public and/or any other parties or are considered damaging to Our or Service Provider’s reputation, due to actions undertaken by both You and other parties using Your account.

We provide GoPay Tabungan by Jago and any of its Saving Product(s) as is and We do not represent or warrant that the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy, completeness or security of it will fulfill Your needs and suffice Your expectations, including but not limited to the banking services which are fully under the Service Provider’s responsibilities. Both We and the Service Provider will each be responsible for the respective services provided, including any proven direct material losses or damages caused by failures or errors committed by Us or the Service Provider. Furthermore, We expect You to take full responsibility if We identify losses and/or claims that We can demonstrate are related to Your failure or error in complying with this Terms of Use and the Service Provider's terms.

GoPay Tabungan by Jago and its Saving Product(s) may experience limitations, delays, and other issues contained in the use of internet and electronic communications, including Your or Service Provider’s device is broken, not connected to the internet, out of range, turned off or not functioning. We are not responsible for any delay, failure of delivery, damage or loss arising from such problems.

You fully understand and agree that these Terms of Use constitutes an electronic agreement and Your action of proceeding from the page where the link of these Terms of Use is shown is Your active consent to enter into an agreement with Us that these Terms of Use are legally valid and binding and shall continue so long as You access, use and/or continue to have access to GoPay Tabungan by Jago and its Saving Product(s).
