About the Role
As a Corporate Affairs Intern at GoTo Financial, you’ll play a key role in building inclusive financial services provided by Indonesia's largest financial technology company. Your contributions will help millions of Indonesians gain access to safe and secure digital financial solutions through effective communication strategies crafted by the Corporate Affairs team. What You Will Do
- Public Relations Support: 1. Media tracking: support the team to regularly update the CA media tracker to monitor placement & coverage. Proactively provide updates on available media slots for upcoming campaigns or announcements; 2. Amplification Execution: Assist in executing campaign amplification across media and digital platforms, ensuring proper rollout and alignment with strategy; 3. Content Writing: Draft communications materials such as media notes, articles, blogs, and propose amplification ideas to gain greater visibility to our target audience.
- Event support: 1. Event Support: Assist in coordination and execution of events initiated by the CA team, including logistics and on-site support; 2. Assets Management: Support the team for being responsible in managing inventory of both digital and physical CA assets, ensuring all assets are organized and available for upcoming initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, coordination, and post-project reporting for CA initiatives.
What You Will Need
- Final-year students majoring in Communications, Social Sciences, or related fields are preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Solid understanding of the social media sphere and actively follows current trends or issues.
- Strong interest in media, journalism, public relations, and marketing communications.
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn about different corporate affairs activities.
- Creative thinker and a fast learner.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
