About the role
This role will be dedicated to the Reporting & Portfolio Analytics function. As a licensed peer-to-peer (LPBBTI) lending platform under OJK supervision, the entity this role will be under will primarily offers both consumptive and productive cash loan products.
We are currently facing challenges due to the increasing volume of reports required by regulators, lenders, associations, and for internal analysis. As a result, we have concluded that it is necessary to expand the team handling these responsibilities.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage the Reporting & Portfolio Analytics function independently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key reports.
- As the primary point of contact (PIC) for OJK Related report (ie. Silaras/APOLO, SLIK, and lender portfolio reporting)
- Oversee the end-to-end reporting process, including data validation, analysis, and presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and review the portfolio quality & risk metrics of cash loan products, including consumptive and productive loans.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams, particularly in portfolio reconciliation process.
- Collaborate with team members by redistributing tasks and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and workflow continuity.
What you will need
- Candidate with a strong background in reporting & analytics, preferably someone that is currently doing the similar role in the lending industry (P2P, Multfinance, Bank). The example of the tasks/ scope of this role include (but not limited to):, Silaras/ APOLO report, SLIK & FDC data contribution, Lender portfolio reporting, and Data reconciliation
- Candidate will also need to be proficient in using analytical tools such as Maxcompute, BigQuery, or similar analytical tools
- Candidate will receive SQL test as a preliminary selection process before the interview session
About the Team
The role is part of a Risk team based in the Jakarta office, which includes three other team members. This team is responsible not only for reporting but also for shaping risk strategy and conducting risk analysis. The broader Risk division operates across multiple locations, with team members also based in Shanghai, Chengdu, and Singapore, reflecting a distributed and collaborative structure.
Within the team, responsibilities are divided across functions. While this role will focus on building the logic for reporting, the automation and data pipeline aspects are supported by the Data Engineering team. The team regularly leads and participates in cross-functional projects involving stakeholders from Compliance, Finance, Business, and Product, requiring strong collaboration and independent project execution.
