How To Purchase Cracked Screen Protection

- Choose Pulsa or choose Data Package.
- Enter the phone number and nominal credit or data package.
- In Receiver Detail page, Cracked Screen Protection add-on will be shown.

How To Claim Cracked Screen Protection
- Not later than 30 calendar days from incidents, have applied and submitted all required claim documents.
- Take all steps or actions within his/her power to minimize the level of destruction or damage.
- Maintain the affected part (salvage) and make it available for inspection by the Insurer which will become the right of the Insurer.

- Provides protection for gadget screen damage (cracked or broken) including the cost of LCD repairs listed on the invoice and the maximum amount according to the sum insured listed on the Policy overview.Repairs must be made at an authorized service center. Exceptions for certain special cases, repairs can be carried out at a general service center with the approval of the Insurer.
- Loss of the insured object as a result of theft/ violence or coercion that can be seen on the physical object of the insured (burglary) and/or bodily injury.

- Destruction or Damage caused by or occurs through:
- Depreciation due to usage or wear and tear or other gradual causes, mold, insects, pests, or inherent defects in the gadget or its parts, or any process of repair, recovery, or restoration.
- Riots, civil commotions, volcanic eruptions, subterranean fires, earthquakes, floods, water stagnation, or other natural disasters.
- Confiscation, detention, nationalization, occupation, or intentional destruction carried out by government authorities, public entities, municipalities, local authorities, or customs.
- Mechanical or electrical damage, lens scratches, glass damage, display screen damage, or gadget casing damage, unless accompanied by other damage that is covered by this Policy and the damage is not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, in which case the Insured is entitled to compensation.
- Temperature or humidity changes and exposure to weather conditions where the gadget is left in an open or uncovered location.
- Manufacturing and testing processes.
- Rectification of defective materials, faulty workmanship, or design errors.
- Normal maintenance, normal repairs, and maintenance.
- Damage to software (applications) for any reason.
- Programming errors, unintentional information cancellation or disposal of data storage media, and loss of information caused by magnetic fields.

- Loss of a product due to robbery without physical injury to the Policyholder.
- Loss of a product caused by the negligence of the Policyholder or other parties entrusted by the Policyholder with the insured product.

- Loss of a product due to robbery without reporting to the local police. In any action, claim, or other legal process where the Insurer asserts that, based on the exclusions stipulated in Clauses 1-7 above, a loss or damage is not covered by the Policy, the obligation lies with the Insurer to prove that such loss or damage is indeed covered under the Insured's policy.
